The Patio Misting System has modular components that can be custom fit to perfectly match your unique patio shape. The combination of tubing and connectors fit any space perfectly.
This is the second most common way to run your patio misting system. The big takeaway here is you run the mist tubing along the perimeter of any structure.
You want to run the misters along the perimeter of your space to let the air flow in and out of the misters from under the covered space and back out, cooling all the air along the way.
We offer a T Junction connector so you can cool two separate areas, as pictured here. Many customers want to have their covered patio cooled as well as a pergola. This is the perfect way to achieve that.
We also offer a metal ball valve that you can use to turn on and off one section. This is often used if you have a section, like a pergola, where you may not want mist all of the time.
These are not the only options for how to set up your patio misting system. The point we are trying to make is that almost any shape, size or layout of your patio, The Patio Misting System can handle it.
The process is very simple, you cut the tube, you attach it your home, pergola or wherever you want mist. Install the connection joint, which is where the nozzle screws into. You continue this process until you reach the end of where you want the last mist nozzle. The process is very simple and straightforward.
The genius behind The Patio Misting System is the modular components. Instead of installing a continuous line of tubing and welding nozzles into it like most companies. We think differently! The couplers are the screw in places for your nozzles so you can cut your flexible tube to any desired length to get perfect nozzle and mist placement.
The stainless steel works very much the same except the stainless steel misting tube pieces are 30 inches in length. This means that your nozzles are set every 30 inches. If you have a tricky area where you want to go around an obstacle, make a height increase or decrease in your placement, or a wide corner then you can use the provided black flexible tubing. You can mix and match, go from stainless steel to black flexible tube, and back to stainless steel. It is very much mix and match customizable.
See the pictures of the accessories below the video to get a better idea of how it works. On each open end, the tubing slides in to create an airtight seal with no screwing or gluing needed. Very much like a ice maker connection or reverse osmosis snap/quick connect connection.
This video details how to use the quick connect fittings simliar to the metal ones provided with The Patio Misting System. As you can see, you can also remove them as depicted in the video. Since ours are metal it will not be as easy to remove and you will likely want to use a wide grip pliers to depress the collar.
